How do you determine my final monthly price?

Pricing is based on your business complexity — transaction volume, employee size, number of accounts, and specific tax needs. We’ll confirm your exact monthly rate following a quick consultation so there are no surprises.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can move between plans at any time as your business changes. Your pricing will be adjusted at the start of the next billing cycle, usually monthly.

Do you offer one-time projects or cleanup work?

Yes. If your books need to be caught up or cleaned before starting monthly service, we can provide a one-time project quote. Once your books are up-to-date, you can choose the ongoing plan that fits you best.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All costs are disclosed in your engagement letter. If you need a service outside your current plan’s scope, we’ll provide a clear quote before starting.

What other fees might apply to my plan?

We may charge a one-time onboarding fee, usually equal to 1–3 months of your service price. This covers the work required to take over your books, clean up any existing issues, and set up our agreed-upon processes. The exact amount depends on the condition of your records and complexity before we get started.

Do you work with businesses outside your state?

Yes — we serve clients nationwide. Our accounting services are fully remote, making it easy to collaborate no matter where you’re located.

What accounting software do you use?

We primarily work with QuickBooks Online, but we occasionally accommodate Xero for certain clients. We’ll help ensure your software is set up correctly from day one. For payroll, we typically use Gusto or Quickbooks Online Payroll.
